  • Answer questions, recommendation and present the usage of the platform to the customers
  • Start a conversation to get more member engagement 
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Learn the detail of the project and ensure that those details are properly communicated to community members rather than just doing a basic short answer 
  • Learn quickly about different initiatives and able to answer questions on community about ongoing projects and initiatives
