Customer Support

  Responsibility:

• Various chat platform moderation and respond to customers in a timely manner
• Answer questions, recommendation and present the usage of the platform to the customers
• Start a conversation to get more member engagement 
• Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
• Learn the detail of the project and ensure that those details are properly communicated to community members rather than just doing a basic short answer 
• Learn quickly about different initiatives and able to answer questions on community about ongoing projects and initiatives

Requirement:

• Good at using both Thai and English language
• Fast typing speed
• Work well under pressure
• Age not more than 30 years old
• Good at using different chat applications (Business suit (Facebook), LineOA, Telegram, Instagram)
• High responsibility to the work
