การส่งแบบฟอร์มไม่ต้องติ๊กยินยอม เพราะเราใช้ข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อทำตามที่คุณขอเท่านั้น ช่องรับข่าวสารเป็นทางเลือก ไม่ติ๊กไว้ก่อน และไม่มีผลต่อการพิจารณาใบสมัคร

เราเก็บข้อมูลนานเท่าไร

เมื่อครบกำหนด เราจะลบข้อมูลหรือทำให้ระบุตัวคุณไม่ได้ ถ้าคุณได้รับเข้าทำงาน ใบสมัครจะเก็บต่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของประวัติพนักงาน

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ ผู้ให้บริการบางรายอาจเก็บหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย เราใช้บริการเหล่านี้ภายใต้ข้อตกลงคุ้มครองข้อมูลของผู้ให้บริการ และส่งเฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น

การดูแลความปลอดภัย

เว็บไซต์ใช้การเชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัส (HTTPS) ข้อมูลจากแบบฟอร์มเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะพนักงานที่มีบัญชีหลังบ้าน ซึ่งต้องใช้รหัสผ่านและล็อกเมื่อใส่ผิดหลายครั้ง และบันทึกความยินยอมเขียนต่อท้ายได้อย่างเดียว แก้ไขย้อนหลังไม่ได้

การถอนความยินยอมคุกกี้ทำได้ทันทีจากลิงก์ ตั้งค่าคุกกี้ ท้ายทุกหน้า การยกเลิกรับข่าวสารทำได้จากลิงก์ในอีเมลหรือแบบฟอร์มด้านล่าง เราจะตอบคำขอภายใน 30 วัน และอาจขอยืนยันตัวตนก่อนดำเนินการ ถ้าเราปฏิเสธคำขอ เราจะแจ้งเหตุผลให้คุณทราบ

Every form	Date and time, page, country, browser details, IP address, spam check result and your news opt-in choice
Cookie banner	A random consent ID, the categories you chose, date and time, page, language, country, browser type and a hash of your IP address (never the address itself)

We do not ask for sensitive data such as religion, health or criminal records. Please do not include it in forms or linked documents.

Why we use it and the legal basis

Sending a form does not need a consent tick, because we only use what is needed to do what you asked. The news box is optional, never ticked in advance, and has no effect on an application.

How long we keep it

After that we delete the data or make it impossible to identify you. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employee record.

Who receives it

W.JAMES VENTURES group companies	Applications go to the company named on the job page, such as WIRTUAL, The Growth Master or Lumicore Studio
Authorities	When the law requires it or under a lawful order

We never sell your personal data. Some providers may store or process data outside Thailand; we use them under their data protection terms and send only what each purpose needs.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form data is only available to staff with a back office account, protected by a password and locked after repeated failures, and consent records can only be appended, never changed.

Your rights

You can ask to see or get a copy of your data (section 30), move it (31), object to its use (32), have it deleted (33), restrict its use (34), correct it (35), withdraw consent at any time (19), and complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee office (pdpc.or.th). Withdraw cookie consent at once with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, and stop news emails with the link in the email or the form above. We answer within 30 days, may ask you to confirm your identity first, and give our reasons if we refuse.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the effective date at the top, and if the cookie part changes the banner asks for your consent again.
